Overall, the customer service was fantastic, but I purchased the Shroom Powder (Lion’s Mane and Reishi).

I decided to try these because I deal with anxiety and a lot of stress, and the store assistant suggested them.

I opted for the powder since I’m not a fan of taking pills, but I’m still searching for a way to mix the powders into a drink. I tried it in coffee, and it was pretty awful. This is my first go at it, and maybe I shouldn’t have bought both without knowing if I could actually drink it, but I feel like I’ve thrown away £60 on something I can’t use.

Update: The team has been incredibly supportive. I just need to carve out some time to return to the store and sort out the next steps.

Update: Finally managed to swing by the shop. Tony was super friendly and really helped me find something that might work better. Honestly, it was one of the best customer experiences I’ve had! Even though the powder didn’t suit me, it could be a hit for others :)

I picked up a set of four assorted mushrooms and I'm super happy with them. They're easy to take, have a fantastic variety, and the prices are pretty good. I was using another brand, but they jacked up the price a ton, so I'm really glad I discovered this awesome company to go with instead.

This is my initial go at shrooms. I'm really interested in how they might help with mental health, and I've got a whole bunch of issues! ADHD, addiction, anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD—you name it, I probably got it. I'm currently on day 4 of taking reishi mushroom capsules, so I reckon it’s a bit soon to notice any changes, but so far, things are looking good. I’ll definitely be trying out other types.
